2001 Photos - Chinatown Feast

On Sunday evening, October 7, some 500 Freedom Fliers were treated to a gourmet Chinese dinner at Harmony Palace Restaurant, described by many as a “must visit” when going to New York’s Chinatown. The feast was hosted by Congressman David Wu of Oregon and sponsored by Intel Corp., Nike, Inc., Columbia Sportswear, and Evergreen International Airlines. Upon their arrival in Chinatown, the Freedom Fliers were enthusiastically welcomed by a vibrant band and delightfully entertained by a colorful lion dance.
